We will monitor our ability to deliver formal proposals against client requirements in line with our strategic vision.

We will strive to ensure that all invoices to clients are issued within one working week of receipt of a valid consultant/sub-contractor purchase invoice.

Payment to Consultants/Sub Contracts - We will ensure our consultants / subcontractors are paid within 30 days. We will check bank reports weekly to ensure all consultants/subcontractors have been paid.

Staff will keep up-to-date with internal processes and external best practice

To facilitate quality of our proposals we will maintain a Knowledge Base of our best proposals, responses to questions, up-to-date consultant CVs and case studies.

We will strive to keep our Consultant base relevant to our business.
